Man, 29, critical following Sunday night Stockton drive-by | Crime

STOCKTON, CA - A 29-year-old man is in critical condition Monday after being wounded in a drive-by shooting in Stockton Sunday night.

Officers were dispatched to the 8000 block of Diana Marie Drive around 10:54 p.m. after receiving a call of a shooting in the area.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the man in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was listed as being in critical condition.

Stockton police did not speculate on a motive for the shooting.

The man's identity was not provided.
